The model # is located on the fan motor labeled "cat mod". There's a gold sticker on top of your fan's motor (the part that faces the ceiling once it is installed). You're looking for a 5-digit number and it sometimes has a suffix…i.e. 22345A Casablanca model #'s are a combination of letters and numbers. 2013 Hunter fan model numbers now start with a 5 - if it is older, then it will start with a 2.
