quality fabric/products?
Yes, the fabrics and products available from InteriorMall.com are all 1st
quality fabrics.
Can I get a catalog?
We do not produce product catalogs since our product line is
extensive and changes so frequently. If you would like to order a product
by phone, call 1-800-590-5844.
Can you locate discontinued patterns?
We stock only a few patterns in our warehouse. Therefore, since most orders
deliver directly from the manufacturer, we cannot locate discontinued patterns.

I can't find the pattern I am looking for on your
site. Does that mean you can't get it?
Due to the large selection of patterns and products available through InteriorMall,
it is impossible to have the images of all of them on-line. We do offer e-mail
and memo samples of most fabrics. E-mail samples are available free of charge.

I am a designer - do I get an additional discount?
All InteriorMall.com customers get a great discount on our products. Please
call us for better discounts on large quantity orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please call (479-434-6780) or email us to get a quote on shipping. Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
Does InteriorMall.com offer coupon codes?
Coupon codes are randomly issued to recent customers. Coupons are good for 90 days and 1(one) time use only. Codes will be verified against original customer order. If you give the code to a friend, make sure they reference your name or order number in the notes on the checkout page. Any discrepancies with order total due to coupon usage will be addressed with customer before order is processed. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers for example a % off coupon cannot be used with a free shipping item or coupon.
